As a concert artist, Darci has been the opening act for many top names, her favorite being Mel Torme. Darci has appeared all over the world and is now a permanent desert resident and can be seen at various venues around the valley. When she is not co-producing shows for P.S. Alive! Productions, or singing with The Dynamic Duo, you can catch her at The Purple Room in the long running musical revue, Palm Springs Jump! Darci has been a main show room act for many years, her most recent at the House of Blues in Las Vegas.

Concert performance is not her only talent, Darci co-wrote the music and underscore for American Scholastic Network’s project, The President of the Sky, she also provided voice over talent for the animals and vocal talent for the songs. She performed on Jostens Learning Center, Snap Clap and Play Series. With Imagical Productions, Darci wrote and produced the children’s musical Lizzie Lizard. Darci worked as a traffic reporter for AirWatch Communications on many of the radio stations in Southern California, she also produced live reports from the air. This led to voice over work for radio stations in So Cal.

If you purchased a Toshiba Computer in the 1990s, it was Darci who was helping you with your “color coded, user friendly” setup.

As for the small screen, Darci was the Co-Host of the San Diego Circuit Singles series, she was the host for KUSI Holiday Guide. Darci has appeared in dozens of television commercials. You may have seen Darci as the television pitchwoman for Mitsubishi and the San Diego Chargers and an award winning commercial for Honda.

Darci’s movie Credits include Florida Vacation from Hollywood Blonde Productions, ‘Tis the Season from Mainstream Source and If, Then Scenario, from 100 Miles from Hollywood Productions.

Darci is in her 6th year of Co-Hosting the Desert Theatre League Awards Gala.

Darci is the creator and co-producer of Desert Jam Session in its 7th year. One of the deserts biggest fund raisers, bringing entertainers and philanthropists together to raise funds for our homeless and working poor.

Bonnie Gilgallon

Since moving to the Coachella Valley 20 years ago, Bonnie Gilgallon has received 5 Desert Theatre League Awards, including the prestigious Bill Kuhlman Award in 2013.

She has hosted the DTL Awards Gala on six occasions. Favorite roles include Miss Mona in “Best Little Whorehouse in Texas” at the Top Hat Playhouse, Hattie in “Laundry and Bourbon” for Various Stage Productions, and Ellen Haze in “The Thespian Radio Hour” at DETC, for which she won the 2018 Broadway World Award as Best Actress. Bonnie understudied Teresa Ganzell in “Viagara Falls” at the Indian Wells Theatre and received great reviews when she stepped into the role.

Bonnie spent 14 years at KNWZ Radio as a news anchor/reporter and host of a weekend entertainment show, “The Desert Scene,” interviewing local performers and visiting celebrities. She currently hosts “The Culture Corner” on ihub radio.

A jazz/pop vocalist, Bonnie often sings at local venues like Melvyn’s and AJ’s on the

Green. Bonnie’s tribute show to Rosemary Clooney, “Bonnie G. Sings Rosie” has been a hit with local audiences. Her first CD, “If I Love Again” was released in 2018.

In both 2013 and 2016 Bonnie danced for the Alzheimer’s Association in “Dancing With Our Stars”. Bonnie also writes theatre reviews for the CV Independent newspaper, and in May 2017 was honored with a star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars.

Charles Herrera

Charles Herrera

Singer, actor, and cabaret artist, Charles Herrera has appeared all over the country and abroad in musicals, operettas, cabaret shows and theatrical productions.

Theatrical productions include Guys and Dolls, The Mikado, Standing on Ceremony: The Gay Marriage Plays, Marry Me a Little, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, among others.

Most recently, he appeared as an aging, handicapped writer in the critically acclaimed comedy/drama, For a Reason, for Desert Ensemble Theatre Company.  He has performed and produced his own cabaret shows in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and here in Palm Springs, to rave reviews.  Charles is the recipient of five DESERT STAR awards, all in the cabaret/variety show category.  He can be seen performing at several venues in the Palm Springs area, as well as in the successful musical tribute show, PALM SPRINGS JUMP!, playing monthly at The Purple Room Supper Club, which also features local favorite entertainers, Michael Holmes, Darci Daniels, and Joel Baker.
